Boom T-shirt Design Contest!
Every year Boom has invited different graphic designers to design the print of its t-shirts.
History
As an art event, Boom has the vision to continually create original designs that differ from the Boom logo, but that have something to do with its iconography. So far, dragons and other animals, letters with the name of Boom, etc have been used.
What is the Boom T-shirt Contest?
We invite everyone to send us possible designs for the Boom 2008 T-Shirts.
One design will be chosen and printed onto the T-shirts, sweaters and other cloths that will be for sale at Boom website and also at Boom location.
Guidance
Be organic and earthy.
Avoid using dates or other insignificant information.
Your drawing can be up to 6 colours.
You can use fluorescent and phosphorescent paints.
We expect to receive drawings fitting for male and female T-shirts and sleeves.
The design must respect everyone's sex, race, religion, culture and philosophy.
The winning design should be sent in high resolution scalable vector graphics, not a bitmap image.
Submission deadline
15th of May 2008. Definitive!
Submission format
JPEG thumbnail with a resolution of 100dpi.
The following information is required:
Submitter’s full name, phone and email adress.
Design concept and description.

Choice of winner
On the 30th of May the winner of the contest will be announced at the Boom webpage. The winner will be contacted directly by Boom Team.
The winner
Boom will offer to the artist that wins the contest the following prizes:
Two Boom 2008 electronic full passes.
350 Euros.
10 t-shirts to be retrieved at the Boom shop inside the Boom.
Copyright Guidelines
The Boom Festival organization will acquire ownership of the winning design by assignment of copyright, and the winning designer will disclaim any trademarks and without limitation all other rights related to the design.
The designer certifies that it does not violate any copyright.
