At Boom there is a vast choice for clothes, food, jewelry, records, books, etc. You can bring your stall to Boom Festival and be part in one of the most cool and fun flea markets on earth!

General Information
  1. Registration is from 1st December until 30th April. You’ll need to fill in the application form with all your details, products that you intend to sell, shop area and others. After that we’ll be able to analyze your proposal and then give you a proper answer. We also advise you to send photos of your products and shops that you’ve run before. We give preference to shops that sell environmentally friendly products, made by hand, designed by you and with natural materials. The use of alternative energies is also a selection criteria.

    To confirm you completed the form successfully, please verify that you receive an email, right after you submit the form, with a copy of the form details in your email inbox! If you don't receive this email, your application wasn't submited successfuly! Please contact fleamarket@boomfestival.org.

  1. Please be sure you provide the correct information. The above information will be used to contact you and to follow the process of selection and store reservation in case your stall concept is approved. Boom Festival will analyse all applications until April 2010. By that time we'll let you know if you've been chosen to be part of our fleamarket. We will follow up and inform you about terms and conditions and prices.
Entrance
  1. The entrance tickets to Boom for fleamarkets employees are not included in the stall rental fee. The Boom Festival Production Team will reserve tickets at the gates for the approved fleamarket projects that have not yet bought tickets for them and their employees. These tickets are exclusively for fleamarket employees, will have a fixed price of €150.00 and are to be paid at the gates. If you want to come to Boom, whether your project is approved or not, we advise you to buy the ticket now at €150.00 to avoid having to buy the ticket at the higher price of €175.00 in Phase 3.
Submission deadline
  1. Stall Application Forms and all other necessary documents and photos must be sent to us until the 30 of April 2010, 23:59:59 (GMT).
    Warning: All Stall Application Forms received after this date will not be considered.
