1. What’s an Eticket?
An Eticket is an electronic ticket purchased online. Once you buy it, the ticket exists only as a digital record. You’ll receive it in your email box, as an image with a codebar. Once you receive it, you just need to print it with that exact size and bring it to our gates, showing it together with your ID.
2. What types of tickets are there?
You can choose from four types of tickets:
- Boom Festival
- Boom Festival + Boom Bus (Lisbon and Madrid)
- Boom Festival + After Boom
- Boom Festival + After Boom + Boom Bus (Lisbon and Madrid)
3. What is the price for the festival?
Tickets will be limited and sold in different phases. Bus ticket prices remain the same during all the phases.
Phase 1 – From 30th November until 15th December (extended until the 30th December!) we will sell 6.000 tickets exclusively online:
Boom Festival – 125€ + 5€ fee
Boom Festival + After Boom – 155€ + 5€ fee
Boom Festival + Boom Bus (Lisbon) – 180€ + 5€ fee
Boom Festival + Boom Bus (Madrid) – 210€ + 5€ fee
Boom Festival + After Boom + Boom Bus (Lisbon) – 230€ + 5€ fee
Boom Festival + After Boom + Boom Bus (Madrid) – 255€ + 5€ fee
Phase 2 – From 16th December (postponed until the 31st December!) until 14th March we will sell 10.000 online and start sales at our ambassadors:
Boom Festival – 150€ + 5€ fee
Boom Festival + After Boom – 185€ + 6€ fee
Boom Festival + Boom Bus (Lisbon) – 205€ + 6€ fee
Boom Festival + Boom Bus (Madrid) – 235€ + 6€ fee

4. How can I buy the ticket?
Tickets will be available online from the 30th November, but you’ll be able to find them at your local ambassadors from the 16th December until 26th June. Don’t forget our tickets are limited and prices change depending on the phase. To purchase a ticket online, please click here. Boom Bus tickets will only be available online and you only can purchase them together with the festival ticket, not separately.
5. How do I know where my local ambassador is?
We have ambassadors in more than 45 countries, so you’ll probably be able to find one close to you. Please check our ambassadors contact list and get all the information you need. (http://www.boomfestival.org/boom2010/tickets-boom-bus/boom-ambassadors).
6. Can I buy bus tickets separate from the festival one?
No, you can’t. This time we will sell bus tickets only together with the festival ticket. So if you want to travel with Boom Bus, you need to purchase the ticket through our website, together with the festival ticket. Keep in mind we won’t sell bus tickets at the airports, ambassadors or other tour operators.
7. What are the dates and timetables for Boom Bus?
First of all, keep in mind that Boom Bus will let you in one day before the festival starts (17th August). Dates, time tables and routes will be:

8. Are etickets personal? Can I give my eticket to somebody else?
Etickets are personal and you can’t change your eticket personal details. So, you can’t buy two tickets with the same personal details or change them later. Related to bus tickets, you can’t change your personal details, routes or timetables. Exceptions will be made only for really specific and complicated cases and for those cases we apply a fee of 10€ for the extra booking.
9. I didn’t receive my eticket! What should I do?
1. Check your email spam/junk folder.
2. Check your available bank balance to see if the transaction has been/is due to be debited.
3. Email your details to etickets@boomfestival.org or call us on our infoline.

Yes, for sure. Having in mind that your eticket is personal, we need to confirm your details together with a valid ID with your photo.
12. Does the price include camping, car and caravan park?
Yes, the ticket price includes camping, car park, caravan park and the access to all the artistic shows happening all over the venue, during the festival period.
13. Is it possible to buy daily tickets?
No, it is not. We just sell tickets for the whole period of the festival. So you won’t find daily tickets or special tickets for the last days. You will not find tickets at the gates, so you need to buy them previously, until the 26th June.
14. I won’t be able to attend the festival and I already have a ticket. Can I get a refund?
No, you can’t get a refund in any circumstance. As you can see on our terms and conditions, tickets are personal and not refundable.

Go here: http://www.boomfestival.org/boom2010/wp-content/forms/etickets_2010/eticket_payment_valid.php and login with the email and password you provided when you registered the eticket. You will see the status of your eticket and be able to download and print it.
