All the Sufi, Egyptian, Hindu, Tibetan, Alchemic and Christian ancient traditions spoke of and searched for the Body of Light or Luminous Body.
The Inca prophecy of Pacha Cuti, which literally means “world-turner”, speaks of great change in 2012 with the arrival of “the luminous ones”, a type of human with new abilities and a luminous nature. These beings will turn the world right side up again, from a chaotic world to a world of peace.
Alchemy is the art and science of transformation and, the re-activation of the Luminous Body is its great secret. The quest for spiritual, physiological and mental transformation. The transformation of the whole self to connect to the Divine Energy.
All that exists within the entire created universe is composed of energy: we breath energy, smell energy taste energy, see energy, touch energy and think energy. The law of physics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transmuted from one form to another. The process of shifting energy from one state to another is called Alchemy.

Metzner, “ With the practice of alchemical purification human beings can also learn to function as step-up transformers, raising the vibratory rate of their physical bodies, or earth-level energy systems, using purifying fire. This is the work the alchemists called the transmutation of “heavy metal or lead” (conditioned, obstructed form) into “gold” (purified, illumined form).
In Yoga, this purification comes through the Nadis, through working with the interior light fire energy centre and currents for purifying the Nadis,. “Nad” means movement. In Yoga, Nadis are the field lines of the subtle electromagnetic energy field.
Asana, Pranayama & Krias are the Yogic way to purify the Nadis, open the Chakras and expand our Aura or Luminous Energy Field, to bring in the Light.
The Nadis are the channels of Kundalini, a concentrated field of intelligent, cosmic invisible energy. Kundalini has been described as liquid fire and liquid light.
In the chinese Taoist tradition the Chi (Life Energy) circulates down the front of the body and up the back over the top of the head through the Meridians.
Like a network of rivers nourishing a landscape, the Meridians are the channels through which Qi flows, to nourish and energize the human body. These channels exist within the subtle body. Collectively, they form the Matrix within which the physical body functions. They also act as a channel of communication between the physical and the more subtle energetic bodies.
Alchemists like Shamans, with profound respect for nature, work with the Spirit of the Animals & Plants and the 4 Elements (Air, Water, Fire & Earth).
The Air is our Mental Body-breath, mind, thinking. Masculine.
The Water is our Emotional Body-hormones, all body fluids, feelings. Feminine.
The Fire is the Energy Body- bioelectric energies, nervous system, perception, intention. Masculine.
The Earth is the Physical Body- flesh and bones and sense of touch. Feminine.
By purifying all our 4 Bodies, we bring in the Light, we Enlighten, we Transmute, expanding and raising consciousness.
The power of Intention is the great catalyst of the alchemic process. Re-connecting with the Pure Energy of Compassion of our heart we resonate in the Cosmic Vibration of Unconditional Love.
