What’s an Eticket (E-Ticket)?
An Eticket is an electronic ticket purchased online. Once you buy it, the ticket exists only as a digital record. You’ll receive it in your email box, as PDF file with a barcode, your personal details and your eticket options (Utopia or Bus if you purchased them). Once you receive it, you just need to print it with that exact size (A4) and bring it to our gates, showing it together with your ID.

You should get this eticket, right after a successfull payment, in your screen! It is also sent to your email address at the same time.
Why do i have to choose a password when i’m buying an eticket?
This password, in combination with your email address, will be necessary if you need to retrieve your eticket at a later time.
What types of tickets are there?
You can choose from four types of tickets:
- Boom Festival
- Boom Festival + Boom Bus (Lisbon, Madrid, Paris or Grenoble)
- Boom Festival + After Boom
- Boom Festival + After Boom + Boom Bus (Lisbon and Madrid)
What is the price for the festival?
Tickets will be sold in different phases with different prices. Bus ticket prices remain the same during all the phases.

How can I buy the ticket?
Tickets are available online from the 26th October, but you’ll be able to find them at your local ambassadors from the 10th January until the 3rd of July. Don’t forget our ticket prices change depending on the phase. To purchase a ticket online, please start here.
Can I buy bus tickets separate from the festival one?
Yes! This time we will sell bus tickets separately:

I’ve got an error while buying my eticket – What should I do?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a printscreen with the eror, this way we can identify the error and answer to you faster.
If you’ve been trying to buy an eticket for several times, you also should go to your Browser options page and delete all of your cache and cookies, close the browser and restart before trying again.
When you try again remember that you can use the same email but will have to choose a different password because the previous attempts you made remain registered in our database.
Don’t use the back button on your browser. Start the process from the beginning!
My payment was declined!
The payment gateway uses the 3-D Secure protocol developed by VISA. Check with your card issuer if your card supports it, if it does, you shouldn’t have problems.
I didn’t receive my eticket! What should I do?
- 1. Check your email spam/junk folder
- 2. Check for an email from email@example.com (VISA / UNICRE) – this is your proof of payment
- 3. If you have this email just forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org saying that you didn’t get your eticket PDF and we will send it to you ASAP
- 4. If you don’t have this email from email@example.com (VISA / UNICRE) it is most certain that your payment didn’t go through

Why are etickets personal?
Electronic tickets are personal for your own security.
Do I need to bring my ID?
Yes, for sure. Having in mind that your eticket is personal, we need to confirm your details together with a valid ID with your photo.
Does the price include camping, car and caravan park?
Yes, the ticket price includes camping, car park, caravan park and the access to all the artistic shows happening all over the venue, during the festival period.
Is it possible to buy daily tickets?
No, it is not. We just sell tickets for the whole period of the festival. So you won’t find daily tickets or special tickets for the last days.
I won’t be able to attend the festival and I already have a ticket. Can I get a refund?
No, you can’t get a refund in any circumstance. As you can see on our terms and conditions, tickets are personal and not refundable. You may however change the eticket details to another person. This service will be available after the 2nd Phase starts (10th January) and will have a €10 fee:

Children with 13 years or older : ) Must have a ticket!
People with less then 18 years old must have their legal tutor authorization.
