OTHER POINTS TO CONSIDER
  • Please be mindful of the crowds and stay focused on your child/children at all times.

  • All children will receive a wristband upon arrival at the gates.

  • The wrist bands are numbered as this will help us locate parents in case a child gets lost.

  • There are soaring temperatures at Boom so the risk of dehydration and sunburn are high. Please be mindful of this by always keeping your children protected from the sun. Children should be wearing sun hats and given plenty of water.

  • Do not enter loud dance floors with your children if they’re not wearing the appropriate ear protection. You can ask for such protection at the Young Dragons Area.

  • Every child here must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. It is not a place to leave your children without supervision.

  • Last but not least: Children, 12 years or younger by the 22nd of July get free admission to Boom. Hooray! However, due to extreme conditions of intense heat and dust - we strongly advice parents not to bring children under the age of three.

PREGNANT BOOMERS

Babies booming in wombs are no doubt getting a vibrant start in life! We honour the sacred nature of the divine feminine to bring life into this world - it is nothing less than a sublime state of pure love - one we wish to both celebrate and help protect.

So if you happen to be pregnant, we welcome you and your unborn child with open arms! We would also like to make sure you get priority access to everything you need during your time at the festival. For health and safety purposes, it is also important to register your details so we can help you if and when you need it.

Please keep in mind that the Boomland experiences high thermal amplitudes, with extreme heat by day and cold at night.

If you have any questions or wish to register as a Pregnant Boomer, please send an email to specialneeds@boomfestival.org
