Once again we come back to you with news regarding the ticket freeze situation - the cybersecurity audit has come to an end and we were able to draw some very in-depth conclusions which will be delivered to the portuguese justice system to complement the complaint we submitted to the court of Castelo Branco on the 30th October 2017.
We are happy to announce that the platform for online ticket sales will be up and running from the 20th of November at 9 a.m (Portuguese time).
We are aware that this process might have felt slow and that many of you have been eagerly expecting a concrete date for the reopening of sales.
Taking into account the criminal nature of the DDoS attack, we opted to analyse thoroughly every detail and information from the audit. This is the main reason why now we have decided on a date for reopening the tickets sales.
