Filippo went to live in Rishikesh in 1996, he dedicate his life to Yoga, in 2004 he began studying Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology and Reiki, followed several courses in India and Thailand, and was declared a teacher in Massage in 2008 by the most famous school of Thailand the International Thai massage school of Chiang Mai, since that time he has organized courses in various parts of the world by introducing the art of massage more than 250 students, he keep on going to Chiang Mai to refresh his study in massage each year.

Master of Yourself

Meditation is going beyond the model of life based on time, space, names." and this we experience trough be here and now , "Now is the only moment available to us , where we find our breath the bridge that unites our soul to body and mind."

We grow up with teachings that prefer a structure of identification, consequently of separation, we fill the mind with so many things that we forget our true nature. The essence that when we were infants played with the mind and body, is used to live under rules, with meditation practice we re-train yourself, liberate it from the fixed patterns, giving it back the taste of playing with life and the ability to see beyond.

In this Meditation we will experiment how to free yourself from the chains that are tightened by the notions that we and the society put in us and rediscover our true essence of unity with the whole of Life.
