Sah D’Simone is certified in Mental Health First Aid and serves as an integrative nutrition health coach, Breath Body Mind teacher, Ashtanga Yoga and meditation teacher, raw vegan chef, MBSR trainee, and humanitarian. The combination of these trainings led him to the creation of a cohesive philosophy for optimal health and well-being. As well as hosting workshops and working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, he works with corporate clients, including American Express, MoMA, the United Nations, SweetGreen, and WeWork. Sah is passionate about researching and integrating the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern science, helping people to live in alignment and achieve their highest potential.
