Relaxation Massage

Swedish massage techniques applying gentle pressure, smoothly manipulating the muscle tissue. The careful rubbing and kneading of the body's outer tissue layers promotes complete relaxation of both the mind and body, stress relief and lowering blood pressure.

Ayurvedic Massage

Indian, holistic and relaxing massage that balances the chakras and marmas, brings nourishment to the tissues, cells and energy channels, deep relaxation to the muscles and calmness to the mind and nervous system.

Tui Na

Means “pinch and pull," refers to a Traditional Chinese Medicine therapeutic massage and body work. It’s not generally used for pleasure and relaxation, but rather as a treatment to address specific patterns of disharmony. Like acupuncture, TCM uses tui na to harmonize yin and yang in the body by manipulating the Qi in the acupuncture channels.

Massage therapy that involves acupressure of various areas of the body’s surface to help heal common ailments and conditions, and correct imbalances in the body. Pressure applied to points on the body promotes energy flow and corrects disharmonies throughout the patient's body. It’s a deeply relaxing experience and helps relieve stress, treat pain and illness, and contributes to a patient's overall health and wellbeing.

Reflexology and auriculotherapy

Both come from Chinese Medicine and are based in the theory of reflexes. Reflexology involves applying pressure and massaging specific areas in the feet and Auriculotherapy is to puncture with tiny needles certain points of the ear lobe. They both affect certain reflex areas of the body and balance almost any problem in our body.

Channeling Universal Energy through the body and hands to the person by placing the hands in the chakras positions and also knees and feet. I also use aromatherapy to promote deeper connection and balance.

Access Bars

32 points of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. By touching each point we begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life. Having your Bars run begins to undo limitations at their source by undoing the unconsciousness that creates limitations
