She met her true self when in 2001 she started the practice of Yoga. It motivated to further study and in 2010 she took her first Massage teacher training.
She loves to travel, so working in the hotels in Algarve (south of Portugal) allowed me her work during the high season, and to study and see the world during the low season. In Thailand she updated her massage studies, and in India the study of Yoga and Advaita Vedanta.
She was in Ashram's and Buddhist monasteries that have taught her a lot and made me grow as a person.
She currently focuses on healing as a whole. Unity the physical with the mental and spiritual healing is her goal. We are one.
