The Lisbon & Porto Feminist Festival
The Porto Feminist Festival (FFP) was created by a group of women in 2015 to receive the Feminist Caravan, which left from Nusaybin - Kurdish territory. The FFP is a feminist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, intersectional, egalitarian and open to diversity organization. Our organization is autonomous, self-managed, independent of religions and parties and free of institutional financial support. In March 2018, the FFP organized its third edition focusing primarily on the relationship between gender inequality and discrimination based on race, nationality, class, sexuality and skills.
The Lisbon Feminist Festival (FFLx) is inclusive, inter-sectional, self-managed and non-profit organization. The FFLx strives for equal opportunities, diversity of identities and self-determination! In its first edition, in March 2018, we occupied Lisbon with debates, workshops, performances, concerts, theater, workshops, zines/books fair, cinema, exhibitions and many other activities. In sorority, the FFLx claims equal opportunities for everyone, using our voice and our art as a weapon of peaceful deconstruction!
