Food Vendors & Chaishops

Food Vendors & Chaishops

Boomers are a famished crowd and our food area is constantly buzzing. We choose food vendors from around the world to literally represent the flavours of our planet to an international crowd.

To satisfy every appetite, the restaurants area presents a diverse selection of food from every continent. Numerous options include Mediterranean, Asian, vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, Ayurveda, non-gluten and dairy-free. Chai Shops are also welcome!

We take a conscious approach to food by giving priority to organic, local or fair-trade sourced products. It is mandatory to provide biodegradable cutlery.

During our 2018 edition, 46  percent of all 48 restaurants and chai shops were fully vegetarian and/or vegan. Of those 48 restaurants and chai shops, 72 percent of all options for food were vegetarian and/or vegan.

As a food stall holder, you will be making an immense contribution to an ethos that promotes environmental sustainability and a non-waste culture.

Food is LOVE. Bring your culinary skills to the table and help us nourish Boomers with food for the mind, body and soul...We look forward to discovering all your tasty new dishes and styles of cuisine from around the world!
