Travelling as a family can be a beautiful adventure - and at Boom Festival, it comes with a special kind of freedom for everyone to enjoy.

Boomland is being lovingly prepared to welcome you and your little ones. The Young Dragons area is being ready - soon it’ll be alive with dragons, fairies, pirates, and all the magic they bring.

To help you make the most of your experience, a complete version of the ABC Kids Guide is available on our website.

Activities for children range from music and dance to arts, theatre, workshops, playground facilities and many games. You’ll find it in the Young Dragons area, a space where creativity and nature come together to inspire and nurture young minds. 

The Young Dragons area is also a wonderful spot for parents to connect and share the joy of watching their children explore and learn. Please note: this is not a drop-off zone. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Caring for the future starts with caring for our children - and that means being present as they learn and play.

Like in the previous editions of Boom, we have the Young Dragons Camp and the Families Caravan Park. 

Young Dragons Camp is a dedicated space for families and children is part of the Green Social Hub, a quieter area of the festival. Due to limited space and to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, this camp is reserved for children and their guardians only. It’s near the Walking Gate and close to the Inclusive Shuttle stop. For the Families Caravn Park, you have to apply here by filling out this form. 

If you’re pregnant, we welcome you and your unborn child! However, please remember that the Boomland experiences extreme temperature shifts: hot during the day and cold at night. For your safety and comfort, please fill out this form. 

As of this date, 534 kids have been registered to attend the festival. This fills our hearts with joy! It’s wonderful to feel their energy onsite. Thank you!
