Just like every edition, it's time to decide what you'd like to do with any remaining balance on your festival wristband's cashless system.

You have two options:

1 - Secure your refund directly to yourself via the Pocket menu on the Boom App or through this link. 
You can request refunds from 09:00 on 4 August to 23:59 to 17 August 2025 (Portuguese Continental time).

2 - Support humanitarian and ecological causes with your cashless refund. This year, we'll be supporting the following organisations:

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) - An international humanitarian organisation that provides medical care to people affected by severe humanitarian crises. Your donation supports their mission in Gaza. 

UAME|Music Saves Ukraine - A non-profit fundraising initiative created by the Ukrainian Association of Music Events to provide immediate humanitarian help to those who need it most right now in Ukraine. 

IdanhaCulta - The non-profit organisation that manages the regeneration and reforestation activities at Boomland. Your contribution supports efforts to maintain and improve the ecosystems there.
