Your thoughts and feelings about Boom are incredibly important to us. That's why, for the past few editions of the festival, we have sent out a feedback questionnaire* to hear from you and find out how we're doing.

We surveyed Boomers whose ticket was validated at the gates and whose email is connected to their ticket. 17.8% (6,166 people) of them responded – a significant turnout.

Your feedback allows us to put impactful changes into action. For example, 50% of you said you wanted more showers, so we're adding more showers for next year. 49% of you said you wanted more compost toilets, so we're doing the same and building more compost toilets.

60% of you rated festival entry wait times below 5 (with zero being the worst on the scale). We've taken this seriously and are introducing new entrance gates and access roads for Boom 2027. Boom is always evolving, and we'll be sharing other updates and improvements with you in the coming months. Exciting times lie ahead!
