Come here to dissolve your ego with a global community of like-minded souls. Inside the Dance Temple, everyone is equal: there are no stars, no VIPs at Boom. This is a boundary-less space in conversation with the past, present and future of psytrance and psychedelic culture.

Cutting-edge, mind-expanding projections and state-of-the-art lighting guide your journey to a higher dimension and enhance your experience of the music. Architecturally inspired by sacred geometry and ancient symbols, the Dance Temple provides a bridge between Eastern mysticism and modern-day psychedelia.

In 2025, 61 slots brought mind-bending music and visuals to the Dance Temple, with over 44% having performed at Boom for the first time.

The Dance Temple programme is continuously evolving as we build more layers of insight and keep the momentum going. At Boom 2027, a minimum of 70% of projects performing on all of our music stages will not have played in 2025. For 2027, we are also inviting a higher proportion of local and global artists under 30. These young enthusiasts will guide us through the next Psychedelic Renaissance.
