Bus ticket prices are subject to a fee imposed by the ticketing platform.                                                               

Boom Bus tickets are limited to the available seats.

Tickets are assigned to specific time slots. Buses will run continuously throughout each booked time slot, departing as soon as they reach capacity.

• Boom Bus tickets can only be acquired once you've secured your Boom 2027 festival ticket. 
  

• Boom Bus tickets can be purchased online once you have secured your festival ticket.
   
• For public transport connections, visit Getting to Boom.
   
• All children must hold a bus ticket, as they will use a seat. Parents/guardians must bring adapted seats for all children that are travelling on our psy buses. If you're not able to bring a seat for your child, please let us know in advance so that we may support you.
   
• Bikes: bikes can be transported on the Boom Bus only if they can be folded within the parametres for the permitted luggage size. Due to limited space, regular bikes cannot be transported on the Boom Bus.
   

 1. Boom Bus Ticket and Wristband

The Boom Bus ticket and wristband are personal and non-transferable.

2. Seat reservations
All reservations are subject to the actual availability of seats or places on the relevant service and do not guarantee specific seats on the buses.

3. Bus Schedules

3.1 A service will be made available allowing passengers to book transportation for specific times. The purchase of a ticket through this service will be mandatory. The terms and conditions applicable to the service will be communicated to passengers in due course.

4. Passengers’ Obligations Where Transportation at a Specific Time Has Been Booked

4.1 Passengers shall be required to arrive at the boarding point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers shall board the Boom Bus on a first-come, first-served basis, up to the maximum capacity of the bus. Once the maximum capacity has been reached, the Boom Bus shall depart with the passengers who arrived at the boarding point first.

5. Effect of Late Arrival at the Boarding Point Where Transportation at a Specific Time Has Been Booked

5.1 Should passengers arrive at the boarding point less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, their respective places may be allocated to other passengers. The Promoter shall not be liable for such delay and shall not be obliged to ensure that a particular service waits for passengers who are late, nor shall it be obliged to provide seats on another service.

6. Effect of Late Arrival at the Boarding Point Where Transportation at a Specific Time Has Been Booked

If passengers arrive at the boarding point for the last bus travelling to Boom Festival, or for the last bus transporting passengers from Boom Festival to one of the available destinations, less than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time, the Promoter shall not be held responsible for their late arrival and shall not be obliged to ensure that the relevant bus waits for the delayed passengers or to provide an alternative service.

7. Children

Children over the age of 4 years old (inclusive) shall be required to purchase a ticket and shall travel accompanied by a person holding the relevant parental or legal representative authority, who shall bring child seats/restraint systems appropriate to the child’s age and weight. Should it not be possible to bring such seats/restraint systems, the Promoter must be notified as far in advance as possible, failing which transportation may not be possible.

8. Luggage

8.1 Passengers may bring up to two medium-sized suitcases or backpacks (not exceeding 20 kg and 56 × 36 × 23 cm per item) and one small backpack or handbag.

8.2 Passengers shall be responsible, and shall be held liable where applicable, for the contents of their luggage.

8.3 All luggage must be properly identified, namely by indicating the name of the passenger to whom it belongs, together with their telephone number and email address. The transportation of luggage that does not comply with this requirement shall not be permitted.

8.4 Bicycles may be transported, provided that they comply with the weight and dimensions specified for luggage.

9. Animals

The transportation of animals shall not be permitted.

10. Delays

The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay to the transportation service, whether outbound or return, caused by reasons beyond its control, including, without limitation, breakdowns, accidents, road closures or any other restrictions relating to the carrier.

11. Passengers’ Conduct

11.1 Without prejudice to the prohibition of any conduct constituting a criminal or civil offence, passengers shall not fail to comply with the instructions issued by the team responsible for the transportation service, nor shall they endanger their own safety, the safety of other passengers or any property. Likewise, passengers shall not engage in conduct that causes inconvenience or disturbance to third parties.

11.2 Any breach of the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall result in the cancellation of the offending passenger’s ticket, without entitlement to a refund, with all consequences arising therefrom, including, without limitation, the obligation to leave the bus.

12. Non-Refundability

Reservations and the purchase of tickets for the Boom Bus are non-refundable.

13. Force Majeure

In the event of any circumstances constituting force majeure — unforeseeable circumstances whose effects occur independently of the Promoter’s will, including, without limitation, wars, civil unrest, orders issued by any administrative or police authorities, disasters or any other circumstances resulting in the Festival not taking place — the Promoter shall be obliged to reschedule the event. Ticket holders may use their tickets for transportation to the rescheduled event, without prejudice to the obligation to pay any additional amount should there be any change in the ticket price.

The purchase of a ticket shall constitute acceptance of this provision and a waiver of any claim for reimbursement of the price paid for the Boom Bus ticket.

14. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The purchase of a ticket shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bilhete e pulseira do Boom Bus

O bilhete e a pulseira do Boom Bus são pessoais e intransmissíveis.

2. Reservas de assentos (ou lugares)

Todas as reservas estão sujeitas à disponibilidade efetiva de assentos ou lugares no serviço em causa e não garantem assentos específicos nos autocarros.

3. Horários dos autocarros

3.1 Será disponibilizado um serviço que permite a marcação de transportes em horários específicos, sendo que será obrigatória a aquisição de bilhete através desse serviço. Os respetivos termos e condições serão oportunamente comunicados aos passageiros.

4. Obrigações dos passageiros em caso de marcação de transporte em horário específico

4.1 Os passageiros ficam obrigados a chegar ao ponto de embarque 30 minutos antes do horário de partida, sendo que a entrada dos passageiros no Boom Bus será feita por ordem de chegada até ao limite de lotação do mesmo. Uma vez atingida a lotação, o Boom Bus partirá com os passageiros que tenham chegado ao local de embarque primeiro.

5. Efeito do atraso na chegada ao ponto de embarque em caso de marcação de transporte em horário específico

5.1 Caso os passageiros cheguem ao local de embarque com uma antecedência inferior a 30 minutos em relação à hora da partida, os respetivos lugares poderão ser cedidos a outros passageiros. O Promotor não se responsabiliza por esse atraso, não ficando obrigado a assegurar que determinado transporte espera pelos passageiros que se atrasaram, bem como não ficará obrigado a fornecer lugares noutro serviço.

6. Efeito do atraso na chegada ao ponto de embarque em caso de marcação de transporte em horário específico

6.1 Caso os passageiros cheguem ao local de embarque, para o último autocarro que se destine ao Boom Festival ou para o último autocarro que transporte os passageiros do Boom Festival para um dos destinos possíveis, com uma antecedência inferior a 30 minutos em relação à hora da partida, o Promotor não se responsabiliza por esse atraso, não ficando obrigado a assegurar que esse transporte espere pelos passageiros que se atrasaram, bem como não ficará obrigado a assegurar outro serviço.

7. As crianças a partir dos 4 anos de idade (inclusive) devem adquirir bilhete e deverão viajar acompanhados por quem tenha os respetivos poderes de representação, os quais deverão trazer assentos/cadeiras adaptados à idade e peso da criança. Caso não seja possível trazer tais assentos/cadeiras, deverá o Promotor ser avisado com a maior antecedência possível, sob pena de não ser possível o transporte.

8. Bagagem

8.1 É permitido trazer até 2 malas ou mochilas de tamanho médio (não mais do que 20 kg, 56x36x23 cm por item) e uma pequena mochila ou saco de mão.

8. 2 Os passageiros são responsáveis, e serão responsabilizados se for caso disso, pelo conteúdo da sua bagagem.

8. 3 A bagagem deve estar perfeitamente identificada, designadamente com a indicação do nome do passageiro a quem pertence e respetivo número de telefone e endereço de email. Não é permitido transportar bagagem que não cumpra este requisito.

8. 4 É permitido transportar bicicletas, desde que as mesmas cumpram os parâmetros definidos para o peso e medidas da bagagem.

9. Não é permitido o transporte de animais.

10. O Promotor não se responsabiliza por qualquer atraso no serviço de transporte, de ida ou regresso, provocado por razões que não lhe sejam imputáveis, designadamente, mas sem excluir outros, avarias, acidentes,cortes na via ou quaisquer condicionantes que se prendam com a transportadora.

11. Conduta dos passageiros

11.1 Além da proibição de qualquer conduta que constitua um ilícito criminal ou civil, não é permitido aos passageiros incumprir instruções da equipa que assegura o serviço de transporte, bem como pôr em risco a sua própria segurança, a dos restantes passageiros ou de quaisquer bens. De igual modo, não é permitido aos passageiros assumirem comportamentos que provoquem incómodo ou perturbação a terceiros.

11. 2 O incumprimento do previsto no número anterior, determina o cancelamento do bilhete do passageiro infrator, sem direito a reembolso, com todas as consequências daí decorrentes, designadamente, mas sem excluir outras, a obrigação de sair do autocarro.

12. As reservas e a aquisição de bilhetes para o Boom Bus não são reembolsáveis.

13. Em caso de verificação de quaisquer circunstâncias de força maior - imprevisíveis e cujos efeitos se produzam independentemente da vontade do Promotor, como por exemplo, mas sem excluir outras, guerras, distúrbios civis, ordens de quaisquer entidades administrativas ou policiais, catástrofes ou quaisquer outras, que determinem a não realização do Festival - fica o Promotor obrigado a reagendar o evento, podendo os titulares de bilhetes utilizar os mesmos para transporte para o evento reagendado, sem prejuízo da obrigação de pagamento de qualquer montante extra, caso se verifique uma alteração no preço dos bilhetes. A aquisição de bilhete determina a aceitação da presente regra e a renúncia ao pedido de reembolso do preço do bilhete para o Boom Bus.

14. A aquisição de bilhete pressupõe a aceitação dos presentes termos e condições.
