SINGLE PLACES

This option is about sharing a 5 people Star Tent with 4 other people. These tents come equipped with zippered groundsheet and small windows and a door closed by zipper, including mosquito net. A single place includes:

• A single foam mattress
   
• Bedding textiles (sheet, duvet, pillow, pillow cover, duvet cover) for 1 person
   
• A common torch with batteries
   
• A keylocker to close the tent
   
• Sizes: 20 m² surface // Inner center: 2.80 m tall (the measurements are approximated)

The Wanbli Tipi Camp will be located in a calm, reserved area, so you, your friends and family can get a proper rest from party time. Just bring your personal belongings and love for adventure and nature. The Tipi Camp is not a VIP area, but rather a place where Boomers that request a quieter place can rest and enjoy the festival.

• Reception: At your arrival you will find the Tipi Reception, where you can make the Check-In and Check Out at the end. During the festival you will find a reception team available 24h and a maintenance camp team happy to help you with all your tent camp questions or needs.
   
• Bar: You will find a chaishop with cold and hot drinks, toasted sandwiches, sandwiches, breakfasts and more inside the camp, located next to the reception area.
   
• Chill Out: A comfortable shadow area to rest and chill next to the bar. In this area you can charge your electronic devices.
   
• Bathroom and Showers: There will be showers and bathrooms exclusive for the camp.
   
• Waterpoint: There will be a waterpoint where you can get drinking water next to reception.

• Mattress: The foam mattress is a  high density single mattress of 195 x 76 x 9 cm size.
   
• Textiles: The cotton combined bedding set is the most comfortable and natural option to sleep like you're at home. It is also the cleanest, as they always come clean, straight from the laundry. They come in very soft colours (lilac) to make you feel more relaxed while you are sleeping (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cover).
   
• Pillow: A soft pillow to sleep in good conditions (50 x 60 cm).
   
• Duvet: Our fresh but snug duvet (approx 700 gr).
   
• Torch: We give you an LED torch for all the tents, aprox 100 LM, including AA batteries. If you stay at one of the big Tipis, we give you two of these torches.
   
• Locker: We give you a lock (closed by combination) to close the tent.

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph, the maximum capacity of the tents may not be exceeded, and it is not possible to add any extra mattresses.

2. Children up to 6 years of age may exceed the maximum capacity of the tent if they use the mattress of their accompanying persons. No additional mattresses or extra amenities will be provided.
   
   

3. Children must be permanently supervised by the person(s) having the respective legal powers of representation.
   
   

4. If a tent is not being used at its maximum capacity, the holder of the respective reservation may bring guests until the maximum capacity is reached.
   
   

5. Guests must check in at the reception.
   
   

6. Prior to checking in at the event, guests must complete the forms available on the Festival website, using the link for the purchase of accommodation services, providing in said forms the requested information regarding all persons who will be staying in each tent.
   
   

7. Check-ins and check-outs must be carried out by the purchaser of the Tipi Camp ticket, the reservation holder, or pre-registered guests.
   
   

8. The “sleeping packs” include a mattress, sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow and pillowcase, and will be available inside the tents/tipis. There will be one “sleeping pack” and mattress for each guest in the tent, up to the respective maximum capacity. In addition to the “sleeping packs”, each tent will have one or more lanterns, one backpack for each guest, one or more carpets, and a padlock.
   
   

9. Upon check-out, the “sleeping packs”, as well as the items referred to in the previous paragraph, must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided.
   
   

10. The “sleeping packs”, as well as the items referred to in paragraph 8, may not be removed from the tents.
    
    

11. The “sleeping packs”, as well as the items referred to in paragraph 8, may not be used for purposes other than those for which they were provided.
    
    

12. An additional charge will be made to the reservation holder if the “sleeping packs”, as well as any of the items referred to in paragraph 8, are returned damaged.
    
    

13. The tipi numbers will be assigned before the festival begins.
    
    

14. The Event Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, theft or robbery occurring at the Tipi Camp.
    
    

15. The use of fire, cooking stoves, candles or other flammable items is strictly prohibited at the Tipi Camp.
    
    

16. Knives and/or other cutting objects are not permitted at the Tipi Camp.
    
    

17. There is a dining area at the Tipi Camp.
    
    

18. Hot water is not available at the Tipi Camp.
    
    

19. In the event of loss, theft, robbery or damage (including unusual soiling whose removal is deemed unlikely) to the tent, the “sleeping packs”, or any item referred to in paragraph 8, the reservation holder shall be held responsible. Such liability shall be determined according to the following amounts:
    
    

“Sleeping packs” and items referred to in paragraph 8:

• Sheet: €12

• Pillow (including protector): €15

• Pillowcase: €12

• Duvet cover: €12

• Duvet: €25

• Lantern: €12

• Mattresses: €55

• Backpack: €6

• Padlock: €12 (combination model) / €6 (key model)

• Carpet (per unit): €45

Tent:

• For tears of less than 15 cm in the floor or canvas, as well as where fewer than 10 accessories are missing, or where the tent pole, door frame or side structure of the tent is broken, an amount of €70.00 plus VAT at the legally applicable rate shall be payable for each damaged item in a tent for 2 to 5 people, and €120.00 plus VAT at the legally applicable rate shall be payable for each damaged item in a tent for 6 people;
  
  

• For tears measuring between 15 and 30 cm in the floor or canvas, as well as where between 10 and 20 accessories are missing, or where the tripod (in a 2-person tent) is broken, an amount of €120.00 plus VAT at the legally applicable rate shall be payable for each damaged item in a tent for 2 to 5 people, and €230.00 plus VAT at the legally applicable rate shall be payable for each damaged item in a tent for 6 people;
  
  

• For tears exceeding 30 cm in the floor or canvas, as well as where the tent is damaged (including unusual soiling whose removal is deemed unlikely), or where the tent zipper is damaged and cannot be replaced, an amount of €690.00 plus VAT at the legally applicable rate shall be payable for a tent for 2 to 5 people, and €1,600.00 plus VAT at the legally applicable rate shall be payable for a tent for 6 people.
  
  

    20. Exchanges of Tipi Camp accommodation services are not permitted. Likewise, no refunds of the price of such services will be made.

    21. In the event of cancellation of the event, the Boom Festival Terms and Conditions shall apply, with the necessary adaptations.

    22.The purchase of Tipi Camp accommodation services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Who is responsible for processing your data?

Good Mood, Lda., legal entity no. 504208209, with registered office at Zona Industrial, Edifício Incubadora de Empresas, 6060-182 Idanha-a-Nova, is responsible for processing your personal data.

Why are your data collected and processed?

Your data are collected by Good Mood, Lda. for the purpose of completing the purchase of a camping ticket through our online platform and will not be used for any other purpose.

Where necessary, your data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations or the legitimate interests of Good Mood, Lda., as well as for the performance of the accommodation services agreement.

What about data relating to minors?

The processing of personal data of children under 16 years of age, where consent is required, shall only be lawful where consent is given by a person holding the relevant legal powers of representation.

Will your data be shared?

Good Mood, Lda. does not share your personal data with third parties without informing you beforehand.

How long will your data be stored?

Good Mood, Lda. will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the specific purpose for which they were collected.

How will your data be protected?

Your data will be stored securely, and access will be restricted to authorised persons.

What can you do regarding the data you have provided?

At any time, you may contact Good Mood, Lda. via the email address dpo@boomfestival.org to request access to your personal data, as well as their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, information, objection, or any other amendment.

Where the collection of data was based on your consent, you may also notify Good Mood, Lda. of the withdrawal of such consent. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent previously given.

Good Mood, Lda. may refuse to delete the requested data where processing remains necessary for the relevant purposes, for compliance with a legal obligation, or for the exercise of legal rights. In such cases, the data subject will be informed of the reasons why the data cannot be deleted.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese Data Protection Authority) if you believe that your rights have been violated.

1. Sem prejuízo do disposto no número seguinte, não poderá ser excedida a capacidade máxima das tendas, não existindo a possibilidade de adicionar quaisquer colchões extra.

2. As crianças até 6 anos de idade podem exceder a capacidade máxima da tenda, caso utilizem o colchão dos acompanhantes. Não serão fornecidos colchões suplementares ou quaisquer comodidades extra.

3. As crianças deverão ser permanentemente supervisionadas por quem tenha o respetivo poder de representação.

4. Caso uma tenda não esteja a ser utilizada na sua capacidade máxima, poderá o respetivo titular da reserva trazer convidados até que essa capacidade máxima seja atingida

5. Os hóspedes deverão fazer o check-in na recepção.

6. Previamente à realização do check-in no evento, deverão os hóspedes preencher os formulários disponíveis no site do Festival, usando o link para aquisição de serviços de alojamento, fazendo constar nos referidos formulários a informação solicitada, relativa a todas as pessoas que vão ficar hospedadas em cada tenda.

7. Os check-ins e check-outs devem ser feitos pelo comprador do bilhete Tipi Camp, pelo titular da reserva ou pelos convidados pré-registados.

8. Os ”sleeping packs” incluem colchão, lençol, edredon, capa de edredon, almofada, fronha de almofada e estarão disponíveis dentro das tendas/tipis. Haverá um ”sleeping pack” e colchão para cada hóspede da tenda, até que a respetiva capacidade máxima seja atingida. Além dos “sleeping packs” cada tenda terá lanterna (s), uma mochila para cada hóspede, carpete (s) e um cadeado.

9. No check-out, os “sleeping packs”, bem como os itens a que se refere o ponto anterior, deverão ser devolvidos nas condições em que foram entregues.

10. Os “sleeping packs”, bem como os itens a que se refere o ponto 8, não poderão ser retirados das tendas.

11. Os “sleeping packs”, bem como os itens a que se refere o ponto 8., não poderão ser utilizados para fins diferentes daqueles para os quais foram entregues.

12. Será cobrado um custo extra ao titular da reserva se os “sleeping packs”, bem como quaisquer itens a que se refere o ponto 8., forem entregues danificados.

13. A numeração das tipi será feita antes do festival ter início.

14. O Promotor do evento não se responsabiliza por quaisquer perdas, furtos ou roubos ocorridos no Tipi Camp.

15. É absolutamente proibido o uso de fogo, fogões de cozinha, velas ou outros itens inflamáveis no Tipi Camp.

17. Facas e/ou outros objetos de corte não são permitidos no Tipi Camp..

18. Há uma área de refeições no Tipi Camp.

19. Não há disponibilização de água quente no Tipi Camp.

20. Em caso de perda, furto, roubo ou dano (onde se inclui a sujidade anómala, cuja remoção se afigure improvável) na tenda, nos “sleeping packs” ou em qualquer item a que se refere o ponto 8, será o titular da reserva responsabilizado. Tal responsabilização será feita com referência aos seguintes valores:

Nos “sleeping packs” e itens a que se refere o ponto 8:

• Lençol: 12€

• Almofada (incluindo protetor): 15€

• Fronha: 12€

• Capa de edredon: 12€

• Edredon: 25€

• Lanterna: 12€

• Colchões: 55€

• Mochila: 6€

• Cadeado: 12€ (se for um modelo de combinação) 6€ (se for o modelo de chave)

• Carpete (por unidade): 45€

Na tenda:

• Para rasgos de Rasgo de menos de 15 cm no chão ou na tela, bem como caso estejam menos de 10 acessórios em falta ou se verifique que o poste, a moldura da porta ou a estrutura lateral da tenda se encontrem partidos - será devido o montante de 70,00€, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor, por cada item danificado, para tenda de 2 a 5 pessoas e o montante de 120,00€, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor, por cada item danificado, para tendas de 6 pessoas;

• Para rasgos de 15 a 30 cm no chão ou na tela, bem como caso estejam em falta entre 10 e 20 acessórios ou caso o tripé (na tenda de 2 pessoas) se encontre partido - será devido o montante de 120,00€, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor, por cada item danificado, para tenda de 2 a 5 pessoas e o montante de 230,00€, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor, por cada item danificado, para tendas de 6 pessoas;

• Para rasgos superiores a 30 cm no chão ou na tela, bem como caso a tenda se encontre danificada (onde se inclui a sujidade anómala, cuja remoção se afigure improvável) ou caso o fecho da tenda se encontre estragado e sem possibilidade de ser substituído - será devido o montante de 690,00€, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor, para tenda de 2 a 5 pessoas e o montante de 1.600,00€, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor, para tendas de 6 pessoas.

21. Não são permitidas trocas dos serviços de alojamento do Tipi Camp. De igual modo, não serão feitos quaisquer reembolsos do preço desses serviços

22. Em caso de cancelamento do evento, aplicar-se-ão, com as devidas adaptações, Termos e Condições do Boom Festival.

23. A aquisição dos serviços de alojamento do Tipi Camp pressupõe a aceitação dos presentes termos e condições.

Porque são recolhidos e tratados os seus dados?

Os seus dados são recolhidos pela Good Mood, Lda. para a concretização da compra de bilhete de acampamento através da nossa plataforma online e não serão utilizados para nenhuma outra finalidade.

Se necessário, os seus dados poderão ainda ser tratados para cumprimento de obrigações legais ou interesses legítimos da Good Mood, Lda. bem como para execução do contrato de prestação de serviços de alojamento.

E quando se trata de dados de menores?

O tratamento dos dados pessoais de crianças menores de 16 anos, nos casos em que seja necessário consentimento para o mesmo, só será lícito mediante consentimento dado por quem tenha os respetivos poderes de representação.

Poderás ainda, quando a recolha de dados tenha tido por base o teu consentimento, comunicar a revogação desse consentimento, a qual não comprometerá a licitude do tratamento efectuado com base no consentimento que havia sido dado.

A Good Mood, Lda. poderá não proceder à eliminação solicitada, sempre que o respectivo tratamento se mostre ainda necessário para as respectivas finalidades ou para o cumprimento de obrigação legal ou exercício de direitos, caso em que informará o titular dos dados dos motivos da impossibilidade da eliminação dos mesmos.

Poderá ainda apresentar reclamação à CNPD caso entendas ter ocorrido violação dos seus direitos.
