As we prepare to open online ticket sales tomorrow, 13 October, we would like to share a short note on how things will roll out.

Ticket sales will go ahead exactly as planned, at the scheduled time: 13 October, 09:00 Continental Portuguese time on the online ticket platform. 

The only change concerns the services. Here's what's shifting.

Given the growing number of requests we've received for accommodation and other services, we've decided to separate the service sales from the ticket release. 

This way, ticket sales can unfold calmly and smoothly, without the system having to carry everything at once. It also allows us to give each service request the care and attention it deserves.

There's another reason, too. We've learned that life can change in the months leading up to Boom. Plans shift, and people who have booked the Boom Bus and Accommodation (Tipi Camp, Lizard Camp and/or Cardboard Village) may find they no longer need the service they have purchased.

Giving services their own moment, a little later down the line, means you can make these decisions with a clearer picture of your festival travel and on-site accommodation needs.

We’d also like to assure you that kids aged 14 and under (born on or after 19 July 2012) can be registered at a later date. 

Services and Kids Registration will open on the full moon of March 2027. Stay tuned. 

We believe splitting the process into two stages will provide a better experience when purchasing both tickets and services. Thank you for your feedback and flexibility as we continue to make launch day the best it can be for our community.

Please remember that Boom 2027 tickets are limited to keep a balance between human presence and nature.
