Boom 2023 Ticket-Related Q&A

It has been literally one week since we launched the online ticket sales. We have been getting several inquiries about it. We thought it would be a good time to update the community on the ticket situation. Yes, there are still tickets available. Yet some services — such as the Tipi Camp — are already sold out.

1. HOW MANY TICKETS WERE PUT ON SALE?

2. ARE TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE?

Yes. Festival Tickets, Services (Cardboard Village and Boom Bus) and Kids Tickets can still be purchased.

Please note:

Each Boomer can get up to five tickets.
To get a Boom ticket, Boomers must provide:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Email
- Country of residence
- Country of birth
Available methods of payment are: Visa/Mastercard (Credit e Debit), Maestro and Bancontact.

4. BOOM IS A MULTICULTURAL CELEBRATION OF DIVERSITY. HOW MANY COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES ARE ALREADY REPRESENTED ON THE TICKET SALES?

We’re sensitive to the condition of Boomers who have secured a ticket but may not make it to the festival. At the same time, and because Boom is a limited capacity event, there are requests for ticket repurchases.

In order to maintain fairness in the relationship between those who buy and those who sell, it will not be possible to change the price. Thus, the amount charged on the resale platform will be the same as the Regular Price: €275.

This platform is external to Boom and operates on a peer-to-peer, decentralised model.

For Boom 2023 we allow Boom tickets (Festival Tickets, Tipi Camp, Cardboard Tent and Boom Bus) to be resold and purchased in a safe, quick and simple way.

8. HOW DOES THE ORGANISATION SPEND ITS REVENUE?

9. WILL BOOM BE ANNUAL?

No, Boom does not intend to become annual. Editions will occur in odd-numbered years (2023, 2025 and so on). We will follow various moon phases, not specifically the full moon. We will not be attached to the month of August anymore, due to the effects of climate change and intensive farming in the region around Boomland. We will carry on with the presentation of the Being Gathering (due for 2024) and the Being Camp at Boomland.
